Welcome to the website of the California, PA Neighborhood Watch group, known as CalWatch. We formed online as a Facebook group (Block Watch — California, PA) on September 24, 2012. That is still our home base and you can find information there about our text alert system and a whole lot more. If you live in the California, PA area we invite you to join.

We are registered with the National Neighborhood Watch, a division of the National Sheriff’s Association.
